1) This machine is suitable for kinds of films and paper rolls industry. It's equipped with a high performace PLC micron-processor combined with movable colourful touch screen that operator is able to control both in rewinder position and unwinder position.
2) High-end surface treatment roller gives no scratch during slitting and rewinding on the optical or coated film.
3) Real time diameter checking technoligh attached on the rewinder unit. The ultrasonic sensor checking the exact diameter every 0.05seconds and it gives the PLC to calculating the most suitable tension while the rewinder diameter is changing.
