The machine applies to slit pure aluminum foil 6mircons-20mircons, PET, OPP, CPP, PE, PS, PVC and computer security labels, electronic computers, optical materials, release film, film roll, foil roll, all kinds of paper rolls, film and printing of various materials.,etc, thickness 12-200mircons.
Features:
1. Unwinder adopts shaft-less type auto loader, Japanese SMC hydraulic cylinder automatic lift up, uses hydraulic loading system.
2. Unwinder tension ’s actuator is 1 set servo motor and driver, through PLC and load cell to achieve a close loop tension.
3. Rewinder use both pneumatic friction shafts and air shafts 3inch
4. Slitting system use both circular knives and razor knives.
5. Rewinders uses 2 motors control each shaft
6. Use good imported brand LPC webguide and PLC system
7. Speed max. 500m/min
8. Mostly suitable for pure aluminum foil, thickness 6mircons and up.
